Artist & Craftsperson Applications Require:

Printed and completed Page One of the 2008 Festival Application
Minimum five (5) photos of merchandise or product
Minimum one (1) photo of booth display
OPTIONAL: product samples
Photos & samples will not be returned to applicant.
